There are five of them, and they serve as a guide to living in balance, truth, and harmony with oneself. For those who want to remind themselves of these principles, we designed the 5 Yamas T-shirt. The principles, inscribed on lotus petals, are an invitation to practice them daily. The small graphic on the front and the expressive print on the back are in a sweet red. The T-shirt is made of thick cotton and has a loose fit, a classic round neckline, dropped shoulders, and wide sleeves.

Care Instructions

To enjoy the softness and maintain the delicate feel of the fabric for as long as possible, hand or machine wash your blouse at 30 degrees Celsius. Wash separately, inside out. Try not to tumble dry it, and if necessary, iron it at a low temperature.
