Returns

At joyinme.co, you can return purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. To make a return, complete the returns form and return the carefully packed package along with your receipt and the returns form. The package should be sent to Joy in me sc, ul. Bielawska 6/13, 02-511 Warsaw, via courier or Polish Post.

Unused gift cards are also eligible for returns within 14 days. To return a gift card, please send an email to contact@joyinme.co with a written notice of withdrawal.

Refunds take a maximum of 14 days and the form of refund depends on the payment method chosen when placing the order:

  • Credit card payment via Stripe - refund via Stripe to your credit card account
  • payment by credit card via Przelewy24 - refund via Przelewy24 to the credit card account
  • Przelewy24 payment - the amount will be transferred via Przelewy24

 

Exchange

Items purchased on our website cannot be exchanged. You can return the items and then make a new purchase on our website.

 

Complaints

If you notice a defect in your product, you can file a complaint. To file a complaint, please complete the complaint form . Complaints should be sent to Joy in me sc, ul. Bielawska 6/13, 02-511 Warsaw, along with the sales receipt. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of delivery, and your review will be sent to the email address provided in the form.
