Yes, we deliver within the European Union using DHL or GLS couriers. Shipping costs are 79 PLN , and delivery time should not exceed 10 business days from receipt of payment. Delivery time depends on the selected delivery country.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the product. To make a return:

1. Complete the returns form.
2. Pack the product carefully along with the form and receipt.
3. Send the package to the following address:

Refunds take a maximum of 14 days and will be processed according to your chosen payment method.

We currently do not offer exchanges for products purchased on the website. If you would like to change an item, you can return it and then place a new order.

No, products purchased online cannot be returned in our physical store. Such products must be returned with the receipt and a completed returns form to Bielawska 6/13, 02-511 Warsaw.

Gift cards are available in our online store. To purchase, simply add the card of your choice to your cart and proceed to checkout. The gift card will be sent via email to the address you provided during purchase. It is valid for one year from the shipping date and can only be used to purchase products on joyinme.co.

The value of the gift card can be used to pay for products in the online store, and we generate a purchase document (invoice or receipt) only when it is redeemed. The gift card remains a form of payment until redeemed. Please note that we do not issue invoices for gift cards.

Natural rubber is an ecological, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly material. Our products use fully tested rubber, free of harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, latex, or silicone. The rubber's density ensures excellent cushioning even with a thin layer, and its durability allows for intensive use.

PRO mats feature a top layer of the highest quality polyurethane, which is characterized by exceptional adhesion, elasticity, and odorlessness. This material guarantees the highest quality and durability, distinguishing our mats from others available on the market.

The top layer of FLOW mats is made of microfiber, which is pleasant to the touch, durable, and eco-friendly. Microfiber absorbs moisture perfectly, activating its grip during dynamic practices. Furthermore, FLOW mats are machine washable, making them easy to keep clean.

FLOW mats can be cleaned with a damp cloth or machine washed at up to 30°C. They should not be tumble dried or exposed to direct sunlight to avoid accelerated biodegradation.

It's best to wipe the PRO mat with a damp cloth. For more stubborn stains, you can add a drop of dish soap, vinegar, or lemon juice. The mat should not be machine washed or dried in direct sunlight.

The layers of JOYINME mats are joined together using a heat-sealing process, without the use of toxic adhesives. This makes our products durable and safe for health.

We manufacture our mats in China, where natural rubber is readily available. We have been working with an experienced factory for over five years, ensuring high quality and minimizing the environmental impact of transportation.

To reduce CO2 emissions, the mats are transported to Poland mainly by rail.

The mat's odor is due to the natural properties of the rubber and will fade over time. We recommend storing your new mat in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.

To improve grip, you can lightly moisten your hands and feet before practice. Regular use will increase the grip of the microfiber.
