The mat's grip is activated as the intensity of the practice increases. The warmer the body, the greater the contact with the mat. This ensures exceptionally smooth transitions in sequences. It also works well during Pilates and fitness training.Convenience

The mat consists of a base made of natural rubber and a top layer made of delicate, ultra-absorbent microfiber. Natural rubber is 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly. The mat is free of lead, cadmium, latex, and silicone. It is recyclable. The heat-sealing process eliminates potentially toxic adhesives from the manufacturing process. The microfiber is printed with water-based inks.
Activation of adhesion
The warmer your hands and feet, the more grip the mat will have. The mat is best suited for dynamic yoga in a warm environment. During your first asanas, it's worth focusing on pressing your hands and feet firmly against the mat. During your first few practices, the mat may feel slightly slippery, which is normal. After just a few uses, the microfiber will become rougher, and the grip will be optimal. To immediately activate the grip, it's best to wet your hands and feet with water or lightly spray the mat with water.Care Instructions
It's best to wipe the mat with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Do not tumble dry or use detergents. Lay the mat flat to dry. To speed up the drying process, wrap the mat in a towel. Prolonged, direct exposure to sunlight may accelerate the biodegradation process.Attention
