MOVE into SPRING
MOVE into SPRING is a week-long celebration of movement. Forget about breaking records. Here, we combine the energy of running with the soothing power of yoga and breath into one cohesive rhythm.
We have prepared this program to be a pure pleasure for you, not another obligation. You don't have to be a "runner" or "flexible" – it's enough that you want to feel the joy of movement and find peace on the mat.
At JOYINME, we believe that the most beautiful workout is one you do with a smile and respect for your own limits.
Is this for me?
Yes! This challenge is for you if:
- You're just dusting off your running shoes from the back of the closet.
- You think yoga is only for "flexible" people - it's not!
- You need a push to simply get out of the house and get some fresh air.
- You're looking for balance and want to start spring with new, good energy.
Remember:
You don't have to be advanced. You just need to be present.
What can you expect?
- Run with ease: You'll start with short distances that fit into your day.
- Yoga for everyone: Our YT practices are simple and intuitive. We'll show you how to relax your body and improve mobility.
- Breath that soothes: You'll learn simple tricks to help you calm down and oxygenate in minutes.
