Regulations of the Event "JOYINME on Tour - Joe Community&Movement Kraków " hereinafter referred to as the "Event"

  1. The Organizer of the Event is JOY IN ME PAULINA NIEDZIELSKA, JAGODA SCHÄPPER SPÓŁKA CYWILNA (address of the place of business and correspondence address: ul. Ogrodowa 48/54, 00-876 Warsaw), NIP of the civil partnership 5272882838, REGON of the civil partnership 382567417, e-mail address: contact@joyinme.co (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer)

  2. The event consists of group Pilates classes with an instructor and will take place in Warsaw at Przewóz 47, Kraków.

  3. The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets for classes – 15 tickets are available for one yoga class on a selected day and time.

  4. One lesson lasts 50 minutes.

  5. The price of one ticket for one yoga class is PLN 139.

  6. Tickets for the event are sold via the website www.joyinme.co and Joe Movement Kraków.

  7. By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to the content of these Regulations and consents to the processing and sharing of personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of implementation.
     Events.

  8. All adult individuals with full legal capacity may participate in the Event and therefore purchase tickets .

  9. It is not possible to enter the Event without first purchasing a ticket for the appropriate group.

  10. It is not possible to come to the Event with a group other than the one for which you purchased a ticket.

  11. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

  12. Hand disinfection is mandatory upon entry and exit. Hand and mat disinfectants will be available on-site.

  13. During classes, all recommendations and comments of the teacher conducting the classes must be followed.

  14. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of the Event or cancel it (e.g. due to the worsening of the epidemiological situation) and in such a case undertakes to inform participants electronically about the new date of the Event.

  15. Persons participating in the Event, by purchasing a ticket, declare that they have no health contraindications to performing physical exercises and participate in the activities at their own risk.

  16. In the event of feeling unwell, injuries, contusions or other health problems, the participant is obliged to inform the teacher before the start of the class.

  17. The classes are not available to minors without adult supervision, those with health contraindications to physical activity, and pregnant women.

  18. The organizer is not responsible for any bodily injury, bodily harm, loss of health or illness suffered by a participant during the classes.

  1. The Organizer has the right to refuse participation in the Event to a participant who exhibits symptoms of illness, including those indicating the possibility of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In such a situation, the ticket price paid by the participant will be refunded, less the costs the Organizer has already incurred in connection with the contract with the participant.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to prevent anyone from participating in the Event if they appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. In such a case, the participant is not entitled to a refund for the Event.

  3. The Event Participants grant the Organizer free consent to record their image in promotional materials that will be created during the Event and published in media owned by Joy in me sc

  4. Data processing takes place within the scope specified in the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

  5.   6. Complaints related to the Event will be accepted by the Organizer in writing, to the Organizer's address, within 14 days from the end of the Event.

  7. A Complaints Committee composed of representatives of the Organizer is appointed to resolve complaints.

  8. In the case of a complaint submitted by post, the date of posting will be decisive.

  9. Complaints submitted by participants will be considered by the Complaints Committee no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

  10. Interested parties will be notified of the outcome of their complaint by registered mail sent no later than 7 days from the date of consideration of the complaint by the Complaints Committee.

  11. The decision of the Complaints Committee regarding a submitted complaint is final, which does not exclude the participant's right to pursue unfounded claims in court proceedings.
