Yogi's Tea
Yogi's tea is a drink originating from India. It's wonderfully warming and energizing, and also has a positive effect on the immune system, purifies the blood, and stimulates the digestive system. To prepare a cup of this infusion, you'll need half a teaspoon of black tea, preferably loose-leaf, 2-3 slices of fresh ginger root, four black peppercorns, an equal number of cardamom pods, three cloves, and half a cinnamon stick.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add ginger, cardamom, peppercorns, cloves, and cinnamon. Cover and simmer. After at least 15 minutes, remove from the heat, add the tea, and let it steep. Strain the tea through a strainer. You can sweeten it with honey or agave syrup. Pour into your favorite mug or glass. A Drop thermal bottle is perfect, as it will keep the tea warm for longer. You can brew the tea in the morning and drink it all day long. Thanks to the tight, leak-proof cap, you can be sure the hot drink won't spill in your bag. The bottle is available in many beautiful patterns and colors and in two sizes (500 ml and 750 ml) to choose from.
Anise and lemongrass infusion
You can also make a warming and energizing drink with a quarter of a fresh anise, half a cinnamon stick, two cardamom pods, 2-3 cloves, 2 slices of fresh ginger, and ¼ teaspoon of dried lemongrass. Add these ingredients to boiling water and simmer for about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the tea and steep for a few minutes. Then strain the infusion through a strainer and pour into a mug or bottle. It will taste delicious with fresh plant-based milk.
Fiery rooibos with cranberries
You can also prepare a delicious rooibos infusion, which is an excellent antioxidant and positively affects women's hormonal balance. It has a mild and sweet flavor. Pour two teaspoons of tea and two teaspoons of stewed cranberries into a pot. Add two star anise, half an apple, and a cinnamon stick. Pour hot water over everything and steep for about 5-6 minutes. A thermal bottle with an infuser, equipped with a special basket for tea grounds, is a great solution. Made of double glass, it doesn't burn your hands and retains heat. It's perfect for both your commute to the gym and to work.
Sit comfortably and enjoy the delicious taste of warming infusions made with your favorite teas. Added ingredients will warm you up after just one sip, leaving you feeling blissfully calm, and this drink will energize you better than coffee.
