Care and use of DROP thermal bottles – everything you need to know about DROP bottles
If you're no longer looking to buy drinks in plastic, DROP thermal bottles are the perfect eco-friendly solution. Not only are they well-made, but they're also convenient to use, suitable for storing both hot and cold water. How should you properly care for and use DROP bottles to ensure they last?

Properties of DROP bottles
Made of double-walled 18/8 stainless steel, free from BPA and other toxic compounds, DROP bottles keep water cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. You can store any type of beverage in them: from plain water to white wine for a picnic with friends, to a green smoothie for a second breakfast at work. Double insulation means DROP bottles never get wet, so you can easily place them on your desk at work or conference table, as they won't leave any difficult-to-clean marks.
Crafted with the utmost attention to detail, DROP bottles are designed in Poland and Switzerland and manufactured in sustainably managed factories in China. They have a convenient capacity, allowing you to carry up to 500 ml of fluids with you. Easy to clean and instantly refillable, they allow you to consume the 2 liters of fluids recommended by nutritionists per day.
Proper use of DROP bottles
Please note that DROP bottles are not suitable for storing in the refrigerator or freezer, nor are they suitable for heating in a microwave. This may damage their vacuum seal.
Properly used, DROP bottles keep fluids fresh all day long. However, they are not suitable for long-term storage. Alcoholic or dairy-based beverages naturally spoil over time, causing excessive pressure buildup in the bottle. This can damage the cap and even cause injury. Therefore, exercise caution when opening a DROP bottle if it contains carbonated or alcoholic beverages.
DROP bottles, however, can be safely taken on board in your carry-on luggage. However, please remember that they must be emptied of any beverages during security checks.
How should I clean DROP bottles?
To keep your DROP bottle in top condition for as long as possible, ensure you clean it regularly after each use. Wash it with warm water and a mild detergent, using a bottle brush if necessary. Then, dry the bottle upside down without the cap on. If you don't plan to use it immediately, it's a good idea to store it in a closed cupboard without the cap on. This will preserve the fresh scent inside the bottle.
Remember, never wash your DROP bottle in the dishwasher! This can not only discolor or deface the exterior, but also damage the vacuum seal, rendering the container ineffective. It's safer to clean the bottle by hand, which will extend its lifespan.
